This agreement is a legal contract between you and Shadowrocket VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding the downloading, installation, and use of the mobile accelerator application (referred to as 'this App').

By downloading or using this App, you are deemed to understand and agree to this agreement. Please read it carefully before use. Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, source-code extraction, text translation, or derivative development of the App and associated trademarks is prohibited. The related intellectual property rights belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features or fees and will communicate relevant changes. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality; jailbreaking or rooting a device is not recommended.

This Service integrates some necessary third-party services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, etc.). During use, you are simultaneously bound by the respective terms of service of these partners.

Service functionality depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible if the service cannot be used because of device arrears, data limits, weak signal, or local network problems. Mobile carriers may charge data fees outside Wi-Fi, and roaming outside your country of origin may create additional charges. Before using the App, make sure you have permission from the bill payer.

Users are responsible for their usage behavior. For example, inability to access the service because a device battery is depleted is not covered by compensation. Although we work to provide accurate routing information, some data may come from third-party partners, and we are not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from it. For compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install necessary updates. The Service Provider may terminate App services without prior notice.
